A Vietnam‐based architectural company, a21 studio, has designed this unique house incorporating a small home design. This tiny house only needs its 291 square foot of expansion to let you enjoy a modern living experience. This house is developed from its blueprint of the 3×9 House project. Its small expansion comes from its location which is situated on a dense populated area of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. In dealing with its limited space the creative designer team decided to create a two story house.

This house also has terrace with wood floor where we can lay to enjoy the outdoor weather. Some furniture as the table set, couches, and lounge chairs fill in the space. The main bedroom that also connected to the terrace mainly uses white decoration as the wall, leather bed headboard, until the chair and the bedcover. Its knitted white blanket looks calm combined with plain caramel and cream patterned curtains, but it looks different in the kid’s room that has more colorful and cheerful nuance. With the same white tone of Scandinavian apartment interior design, the bathroom uses all white furniture with accents of black shelf and unframed mirrors.

Known as South Durras House, it has beach house plans with two level floors that have three bedrooms with wooden deck both on the ground and upper floor. It has a subfloor at the ground level which is covered by folded roof at one side and sliding glass entrance connected to the wooden deck. It has wooden floor that covered by red patterned rug which is harmonious with white cabinets and white wall with sloping ceiling above.

The stairs that lies beside beams expose wall connect to a gather room above. This room has wooden floor and white book shelves as the hedge of the upper floor with a set of wooden contemporary chairs. At the other side of this second floor, there is a bedroom. It is connected by a corridor with glass window. The bedroom is wide with wooden floor and white wall. It uses white bed and a wooden side table. We could see the bathroom beside that separated by glass wall. Accentuating high ceiling design house, it has black wall and wooden shelves that transparently seen from the bed area.
